ES33X27-155 - Virgin Mary of Kazan Silk Screen Icon – Gold, Engraved Wood

This icon is thought to have originated in Constantinople in the 13th century before it was taken to Russia. It is believed the Mother of God appeared to a nine-year-old girl and told her to find the icon amid the ashes of a burned house.
